Dr. Stefano Pellegrino is a dual-qualified attorney (Italy and New York). He obtained LLM from UC Berkeley (California), and a Ph.D. from University of Pavia (Italy). He completed post- doctoral research at N.Y.U. (New York) and at the Max Planck Institute for international private law in Hamburg (Germany).
He is working for Frasers Law Company, a top tier law firm in Vietnam; has been elected to the Excutive Committee of EUCHARM in 2016. Prior to moving to Vietnam I worked in the Milan office of DLA Piper. He regularly advises clietns on cross-border corporate transactions involving foreign direct investment and free trade agreements. He is particular active in facilitatiting and promoting the implementation of the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement.

EuroCham Vietnam August 2016 – Present (1 year 2 months)Vietnam
Elected to serve in the Board of Directors of EuroCham, one of the largest and most prestigious international business association in Vietnam (about 1000 members). Represented European multinational companies at official meetings with top-ranking government officials. Played leading role in the internal reorganization of EuroCham, by re-drafting its Charter, Statutes, Code of Ethics, and Voting Procedures.
